Our beef boxes are packed with premium beef from our grass fed and free ranging Hereford/Angus Cattle. Raised in the lush valleys of the Burren, UNESCO Geopark, where the limestone and unique flore gives our meat a fantastic flavour. It is butchered locally and matured for 21 days, to guarantee an excellent true Irish product.
Available weekly at Kinvara Farmers Market and Roscam. We also do nationwide delivery of meat boxes.
A box of 10 kg of grass fed beef that gives you fresh Irish reared, locally butchered and packaged Hereford/Angus beef. The beef comes from cattle reared on the lush grass and limestone of the Burren, UNESCO Geopark, in Co. Clare. A good box for ideal treats of premium tender beef with excellent flavour, matured and aged for 21 days.
